        Job Description

        Job purpose:

        This position is accountable for the talent acquisition function across the Group.  Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role should have extensive direct sourcing experiences across the Financial Services industry and able to work independently as a sole contributor.

        Responsibilities:

        • Strong in direct sourcing, identifying, assessing and acquiring of candidates from different channels to fill open positions and build solid talent pipelines of all levels
        • Partner with business units and HRBPs on their workforce plans to align with overall business needs and budgets
        • Prioritize hiring requirements and keep track of hiring status up to date
        • Work with the different stakeholders to design, develop and compile job descriptions that highlight the main responsibilities and help attracting right candidates
        • Be very familiar with the entire recruitment processes and strike to improve its efficiency and effectiveness with constructive suggestions
        • Critically review and improve the Employment Value Proposition across the group and develop effective strategies and programs.  Be the subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition
        • Drive recruitment campaigns and awareness across different platforms – campus and social media
        • Partner with HRIS in leading the ATS project and contribute to successful automation of the function

        Requirements:

        • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Marketing & Communication or related field
        • Minimum 5-6 years of solid experiences in talent acquisition, recruitment and/or executive search, in a direct sourcing environment
        • Good understanding of manpower planning, hiring processes and principles
        • Ability to work under tight timelines and multi-task
        • Strong understanding of the financial services industry across insurance, funds & asset management, securities and FinTech with strong extensive network
        • Strong communicator, with good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
        • A strong individual contributor yet a great team player
        • MS Office proficiency
        • Familiar with ATS
